Victor Dimoulis has participated either as a speaker or as a participant in a number of national and international scientific conferences and workshops that belong to his scientific fields of expertise (e.g. RETASTE, 9th International Conference on Sustainable Solid Waste Management, 7th EEDSA CONFERENCE, URBAN GROWTH CONFERENCE 2019, CIVINET2021, Digital Government Conference, e-Government Forum, Smart Cities Conference, etc.), while he is also a member of the Technical Team of the "Blue Municipalities Network", which is the first network of Greek Municipalities that has been set up for the protection of the marine environment and is under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment.
