1) Search and preliminary actions for the establishment of the first Health KEP on the island of Corfu (2020).
Through the Health KEP which was finally established in 2022 in the Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands, among other things, Health Promotion and Education programmes have already been implemented, while at the same time, citizens are informed and preventive examinations are organized for 11 main diseases, recommended by the World Health Organization and studies have shown that early detection of any symptoms and preventive intervention is highly effective and can save lives.

The 12 main diseases on which Health KEP focuses and takes care to inform by SMS and/or E-MAIL its citizens who have registered and created the corresponding information profile for preventive examinations, are:
   1. Cancer of the cervix,
    2. Colon Cancer,
    3. Prostate Cancer,
    4. Lung Cancer,
    5. Breast Cancer,
    6. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm,
    7. Cardiovascular risk,
    8. Osteoporosis
    9. Melanoma,
   10. Depression,
   11. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
   12. Dementia.

Also, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was available and easily accessible, useful information about the pandemic as well as related actions with COVID-19 from the Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands. ( Health KEP and COVID 19 )

2) COVID-19 pandemic (2020 - 2023)
Assistance to the Mayor of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands throughout the duration of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic for Public Health - Public Hygiene issues. .

In 2021, Victor Dimoulis was a member of the special team of the Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands that conducted for the first time in Greece, the evaluating process of a tourist destination (Destination Assessment), which in this particular case it was the entire island of Corfu.

The results of this specific assessment will help to design a "roadmap" for the development of sustainable tourism on the island of Corfu and will be able to form the basis for the desired transformation of Corfu into a sustainable tourist destination.

The specific evaluation process was carried out by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), as an independent external evaluator, in collaboration with the Corfu Port Authority (CPO), the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and the Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands. https://www.gstcouncil.org/corfu-joins-gstc/
